Management

The management and operations of the SIYB Association of Sri Lanka are led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who is leading a project management and administrative team based in the SIYB Secretariat. The CEO is responsible for the implementation of the projects and operations under the guidance of the Executive Council. The CEO hires competent and qualified SIYB Master Trainers, SIYB Trainers, and other professionals to execute client projects and assignments. Also, the SIYB Association hires its Partner Organizations to implement client programs and projects jointly.
