As the Technical Partner of the ILO CCC SPARK 2024 Competition, SIYB Association offered its expertise in all three languages to formulate the necessary Business Plans for the shortlisted applicants of the Schools and Open Categories. These shortlisted candidates must submit the duly completed Business Plans to be eligible for the Final Round. Further, through technical experts, the SIYB Association helped the candidates to complete the formats by presenting the guidelines through video lessons, separately for the school category and the open category, in all three languages. Ms. Rukmani Rathnayaka oversaw the English video, Mr. Sisira Fernando oversaw the Sinhala videos and Mr. Hilmy Ishak oversaw the Tamil videos. to submit. ILO proposed a virtual discussion with the candidates to help them solve any issue in formulating their business plans. The above three experts from the SIYB Association joined the discussion and offered one-to-one hand-holding support to overcome issues to complete their application process.
